|
Payment processor |
Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland). We do not store full card details; Stripe handles card data under PCI DSS. |
|
Refunds / withdrawals |
Statutory rights apply. For immediate digital delivery, you may be asked to consent to start performance and acknowledge loss of the 14‑day withdrawal right (details below). |
1. Scope
These Terms govern the sale of digital content provided electronically via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Ordering
Add items to cart and complete checkout. You must provide accurate data. The contract is concluded when you click the button that finalises the order and we confirm payment authorisation.
3. Prices & taxes
Prices are gross (include VAT where applicable). If a price reduction is communicated, we also show the lowest price in the preceding 30 days or since first offering.
4. Payments via Stripe
We accept card payments processed by Stripe. You authorise us (and Stripe acting on our behalf) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. Stripe may place a temporary authorisation hold to verify the card. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes card data in accordance with PCI DSS.
Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required. If you do not successfully complete SCA, your order cannot be completed.
5. Recurring payments (if applicable)
For subscriptions or instalments, you authorise recurring charges to your stored payment method until you cancel in accordance with the plan terms shown at checkout. You can update or cancel your subscription via your account or by contacting support before the next billing date.
6. Delivery of digital content
Access is provided without undue delay after payment authorisation—typically immediately—via a link, account assignment, or download page. We may apply reasonable download or access limits to prevent abuse; such limits will be shown with the product.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EEA/UK)
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from distance contracts. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply after delivery has begun if you gave your prior express consent to begin performance before the 14‑day period ends and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal. Where applicable, we will present this consent during checkout.
8. Non‑conformity and remedies
If digital content is not in conformity with the contract, statutory remedies apply (bringing into conformity, price reduction, or withdrawal in cases set by law). Contact support with details so we can assist promptly.
9. Chargebacks & disputes
If you dispute a payment with your card issuer (chargeback), access to the associated digital content may be suspended during investigation. We may contest unjustified chargebacks with evidence (e.g., logs showing access/downloads). This does not limit your statutory rights.
10. Acceptable use
Digital content is for your personal use unless a separate licence is granted. Do not share, resell, or redistribute purchased files, nor share account credentials.
11. Support & complaints
For any questions or complaints, email przemek.kilanowski@fidgroup.pl. We respond without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms for important reasons (legal, technical, business). For ongoing services/subscriptions, we will notify you on a durable medium in advance where required by law.
13. Governing law & venue
Polish law applies, with mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence preserved where applicable. Disputes are resolved by competent Polish courts; this does not deprive consumers of protections under mandatory law.
