With respect to my social media profiles, under the case-law of the Court of Justice of the European Union, I am a joint controller together with the provider of the social network where the profile is maintained. Details on processing by each social network provider can be found directly in their privacy notices: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.

In my view, Anonymous Information are not personal data... out of caution this Policy explains their processing in detail.
I cannot provide you access to Anonymous Information... Third-party providers may also process them under their own terms.

In most cases, you provide them yourself... Some information may also be collected automatically by the tools I use.

I process your personal data for as long as is justified for a given purpose...
- Newsletter – for the period of your subscription; afterwards data are archived for compliance and claims.
- Comments – until you delete the comment; deleted comments may be archived for claims.
- Contact and correspondence – for the duration of the conversation; afterwards archived for claims.
- Archives – until information stored becomes no longer useful.
- Claims – until claims expire under applicable law (e.g., typically 3 years for entrepreneurs, 6 years for consumers).
- Advertising audiences – until no longer useful or you effectively object.
- Social media – storage depends on the social network’s rules; I cannot delete your data from those services.
- Analytics & statistics – until no longer useful or you effectively object.
- Own marketing – until no longer useful or you effectively object.
- Additional tools – until no longer useful or you effectively object.
- Data-protection obligations – until no longer useful, effective objection, or limitation periods expire.

When you make a purchase, we use Stripe to process payments. We share with Stripe the data necessary to authorise and complete the transaction, perform SCA where required, and prevent fraud. We do not store full card numbers; Stripe processes card data under PCI DSS.
